Services may be booked separately or together in a Wedding Music Package. A discount is received on each separate service when booking a Package.  Wedding Music Package 1 - Pro DJ service Aaron Denny perfectly tailors DJ music to meet your needs for the Wedding reception. Customized acoustic performances may also be included for special dances such as your first and last dance. These performances may also be recorded as a keepsake for an additional fee. Aaron sets the mood with an arrangement of music to create just the right atmosphere during dinner. Aaron then rocks the party with a mix of the best classic and current dance music customized to your personal taste, and custom songs are organized for special events (Cake cutting, special dances and traditions or other requests.) $995
Music Package 2 DJ service with Live Acoustic Cocktail hour music All of the above DJ services with the addition of either solo guitar or guitar and vocals during the Cocktail hour. Adds a unique touch to the reception with the addition of live acoustic music. $1295    Music Package 3 DJ service and Classical Guitar Ceremony music All of the above DJ services with the addition of your Wedding Ceremony music arranged on Classical Guitar. Adds a unique touch to the ceremony with the beautiful and elegant sound of live classical guitar. $1395  Music Package 4 Pro DJ service including Classical Guitar Ceremony Music and Live Acoustic Cocktail Hour music ✭ One consultation prior to your wedding held 1- 2 months before your wedding date. ✭ live classical guitar ceremony service including 20 minutes of pre-ceremony music as well as a full set of music for your ceremony. ✭ Aaron then performs a unique and eclectic set of music for the cocktail hour. This may be designed to include solo acoustic guitar only, or a mix of guitar and vocals. ✭ The Pro DJ service includes 4 hours of music for your reception including custom tailored songs for all of your special dances as well as special traditions and requests. $1595 Ultimate Music and Photography Package A unique fusion of services provided by Luminescence Photography and Aaron Denny. This package includes all of your wedding music services, from the ceremony to your last dance, as well a complete photography package including all day coverage. Aaron Denny provides an elegant set of live classical music performed on guitar, live acoustic cocktail hour music, and a full Pro DJ service for your reception. The Music Service Includes ✭One consultation prior to the wedding usually held 1- 2 months before your wedding date. ✭The live classical guitar ceremony service includes 20 minutes of pre-ceremony music as well as a full set of music for your ceremony. ✭Aaron then performs a unique and eclectic set of music for the cocktail hour. This may be designed to include solo acoustic guitar only, or a mix of guitar and vocals. ✭The Pro DJ service includes 4 hours of music for your reception including custom tailored songs for all of your special dances as well as special traditions and requests. The Photography Service Includes ✭One consultation prior to the wedding usually held 1- 2 months before your wedding date. ✭Engagement Photography session usually scheduled 3-4 months before your wedding date. You will receive a high resolution disc with all of your images included on it (usually around 500 images) The pictures are yours, you own them. You may make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. I will use an image from the session to create a personalized business card with the password for your online proofing. The business cards will be distributed at your wedding reception. ✭If you decide an engagement session is not for you
then you may either take $100 off the package price for the engagement session, or hire a second photographer for an additional $200 instead of $300 ✭FULL coverage of your entire wedding day from preparations (usually 2 hours before the ceremony) up until the last dance ✭Slide show of images images taken on our wedding day playing on a digital picture frame at your wedding reception. ✭Personalized business cards with the password for viewing the wedding pictures will be handed out to all of your guests at your wedding reception. Cards will be personalized for your event. ✭You will receive a high resolution disc with all of your wedding images included on it (usually around 1,500 images) The pictures are yours, you own them. You may make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. There are no additional hidden costs or print fees. ✭Password protected online proofing where your family and friends will be able to view your entire event online. They may create a favorites folder, and order prints right from the website that will get shipped directly to them. A La Carte Services Classical Guitar Wedding Ceremony Music Includes 20 minutes of beautiful Classical or Acoustic Guitar music prior to your ceremony as well as music during your ceremony. Songs may be custom arranged for an additional fee. (please see the extra options below) $495   Live Acoustic Cocktail Hour Music 1 hour of live light jazz guitar, solo acoustic guitar or a combination of guitar and vocals during your cocktail hour $495    Classical Guitar Ceremony Music followed by Live Acoustic Cocktail Hour Music A combination of Classical or Acoustic music for your ceremony and Light Jazz or Acoustic music during your cocktail hour. $895 Rehearsal Dinner 2 hours of light Jazz, Solo Acoustic Guitar or a combination of guitar and vocals for your Rehearsal Dinner. Adds a nice ambiance to the evening and also introduces Aaron to your family and friends. $395 * For more info or to schedule a consultation contact Aaron at (603) 490-0742    Additional Options Additional hour of service - $150 Assistant Fee - $200 A Favorite Song Arranged For Classical Guitar - $150 Recording of your Ceremony (on CD or in MP3 format) - $200 Recording of your Cocktail Hour (CD or MP3 format) - $200 Recording of live Acoustic Performances of your first and last dance - $200  Travel Fees and Accomodations Up to 60 miles round trip is included in each music package or service. A mileage fee of $0.25 per mile applies to locations greater than this distance. For locations over 70 miles from Newton, NH (zip code - 03858), a travel fee of $100 is required. For locations over 125 miles from the above zip code, a travel fee of $200 is required. Please contact us with any questions regarding the above fees.    Overtime Overtime may be purchased by the hour during an event at a rate of $150 per hour for up to two extra hours. Music Package #4 may only be supplemented with one extra hour . Payment must be received in full before the start of the extended time.   Time requirements for custom arrangements Aaron provides a custom song arrangement service for your Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour or for special dances during your reception. All music selections must be submitted at least 1 month prior to your date. Please contact Aaron for more details.  Load-in Times , Set up and Power Requirements Aaron requires a specific amount of set-up time depending on the package that is booked and a working grounded outlet that is preferably on an isolated circuit. For music package #4, access to all areas of your Wedding at least 3 hours prior to your ceremony start time is required. Please contact Aaron for more details regarding set up, load-in and power requirements    Assistant Service Music packages may be booked with an assistant. Smaller packages or single services do not generally require an assistant. However, it is recommended that an assistant be added when booking Music Package #4 unless the package is booked with a Luminescence Photography package.  Wedding Photography Luminescence Photography works closely with Aaron and acts as an assistant - together they are often referred to as "The Dynamic Duo".
